The modern vibe and spacious room. The only downside was the small parking lot. A solid choice for comfort and location 😊

The room was clean, I had very pleasant experience.

Everything was great, excellent staff, GOOD location so close to the conference center as well as most sightseeing. It offered great service and delicious food too. Everything exceeded all expectations, I would happily go back again.

Nice comfy base for discovering Guadalajara with really helpful and caring staff with 3 or four different staff members. Perfectly comfortable location, short way from everywhere. Walking distance to shopping malls and a large shopping mall across the street.

It has favourable and pleasant location in a quiet neighborhood.

Positive, The room was huge and super clean with a comfy bed. I loved the spacious terrace that came with it. Breakfast offered fresh juice and multiple options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great, too 🌊

Had some quirks with the jacuzzi. One of the hydrotherapy buttons didn't work, and I noticed a funky smell in the water. There was an odd smell in the room, a bit distracting .

The room was clean, with good quality linens and a comfortable bed with a fantastic selection of pillows. The ambiance seemed like a personal retreat rather than a generic hotel experience. The outdoor swimming pool was pristine, inviting me to relax in the sun after a day of exploring.

I highly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is just over 1 km from Expo Guadalajara and the scenic recreational Park.

It was super close to the Majestic Casino and La Minerva. The room was fantastic and clean, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. A top recommendation for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

I was disappointed with the front desk service. One staff member didn't come off as friendly and seemed more focused on upselling services than helping us. It put a small damper on an otherwise perfect stay.
